CiE 2009 in Heidelberg

Registration

The registration process for CiE 2009 is coordinated by UniTT, a branch of the central administration of the University of Heidelberg dealing with the organization of conferences. Fees
Early registration: 220,00 € until 25 May, 2009
Late registration: 270,00 € until 16 July, 2009

Students pay a reduced conference fee:
Early registration: 100,00 € until 25 May, 2009
Late registration: 150,00 € until 16 July, 2009

The conference fee includes access to the conference and refreshments, as well as a copy of the LNCS proceedings, the abstract booklet, and a two-year membership of the Association Computability in Europe. Lunches and the conference dinner on Wednesday night are not included in the conference fee. Tickets for buffet-style lunches in the student cafeteria and for the conference dinner can be booked with registration. The conference fee is waived for special session speakers and organizers.

Accommodation is not handled by UniTT and we kindly ask you to do your own reservations. We made preliminary reservations at special rates in some hotels, see our accommodation page where you also find a link to the Heidelberg Tourism Bureau.

Cancellation policy
If you need to cancel your registration, UniTT must have received your written request by 25 May, 2009 at the latest for a full reimbursement (mail to: kirsten.voehl (at) zuv.uni-heidelberg.de). In the case of cancellation after 25 May and before 1 July, 2009, you will get a refund of 50% of your payments. Reimbursement cannot be made in case of no-show and for cancellations after 1 July.
